Saturday 25th July – HYROX Doubles

Sunday 26th July – HYROX Youngstars Doubles

(1 child + 1 parent/guardian)

As a HYROX affiliate gym, we will have everything fully laid out and provided for you 🤝

Whether it’s your first HYROX experience at a local event or you’re aiming to win the trophy and become our local champion, this is the perfect opportunity🤝

On Saturday, we’ll have a full HYROX setup with runs around the pitch and all HYROX stations laid out on the grass.

Compete in front of your friends and family cheering you on from the stands.

On Sunday, we’re getting the children involved (Year 1 to Year 9). Spaces are limited to just 5 per year group, and interest is already high — early booking is strongly advised.

Full rules will be available shortly. In summary:

•  Saturday – Standard HYROX rules apply

•  Sunday – Kids must complete all runs and share the stations with their parent/guardian (50% each)

Distances and stations have been adjusted in line with HYROX Youngstars guidelines (runs of 250m/500m depending on age).

All finishers will receive a medal.

Winners will also receive the trophy and local bragging rights.
