Hall

The hall is a great space for all manner of events. Tables and chairs can be brought out for dinners or formal gatherings, or the floor can be cleared for parties, DJ nights and more. Take a look at our Flickr to see some of the events we've hosted here!

Bar

The bar area (including a lounge space with TVs) can be opened out to create one big room with the hall, or can be closed off for smaller gatherings. The bar itself is fully stocked with alcohol, soft drinks and snacks.

Catering Services

We also offer catering for all events at the Croft. The kitchen has two serving hatches, allowing food to be served directly to the bar lounge area, as well as the outside space on warmer days.

What types of events can the hall/bar be hired for?

Our spaces are suitable for a variety of events, including birthday parties, weddings, corporate meetings, community gatherings, and private functions.

Is there a minimum hire time?

Yes, we typically require a minimum booking of one hour.

Do you provide catering or can we bring our own?

We offer catering options upon request. If you prefer to bring your own food or external caterers, please discuss this with us when booking.

Can we decorate the hall/bar for our event?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate the space, but we ask that no permanent fixtures or damage are made to walls or furniture. All decorations must be removed after the event.

Are tables, chairs, or audio/visual equipment provided?

Yes, we can provide tables, chairs, and basic AV equipment. Please let us know what you’ll need ahead of time.

What is the capacity of the hall/bar?

Our hall can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests (without tables/chairs), or 175 seated guests. Let us know your expected numbers when booking.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, we have free parking available on site for you and your guests. On arrival, you will need to enter your car registration on the tablet located at our main reception or scan our QR code located around the facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with six weeks notice are eligible for a full refund*. Bookings cancelled with less notice may only be partly refunded*. Cancellations made with less than two weeks notice are not eligible for a refund.

Our 0% payment plans are available for one-off hall hire events and are not applicable to block bookings. When you enquire about hiring our facility, a member of our team will guide you through the simple payment plan process and help tailor it to suit your needs.
