Our 3G pitches are available to book during the following hours: Daytime: 9:00am – 4:00pm | Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Please note that we currently accept casual bookings online only.
For match days, block bookings (including training sessions), or if you are booking on behalf of an accredited club or professional club, please contact our bookings team using the options provided above.

Frequently asked questions
Can I hire the 3G as a block booking?
Yes, we offer block booking options for our 3G pitches. When you book for four or more consecutive weeks, you'll receive a 20% discount.
Can I hire the pitch for a one-off booking?
Yes, you can! One-off pitch bookings are welcome and subject to availability. Simply get in touch or use our booking system to check available dates and secure your slot.
Can I hire the pitch for a football match?
Yes, you can hire the pitch for a football match! Our 3G pitch is suitable for both friendly games and competitive matches. Just let us know your requirements when booking, and we’ll help make sure everything is set up for your fixture.
What is the cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. If you cancel your 3G booking with less than 7 days’ notice, no refund will be issued.
How long is each booking slot?
Each booking slot typically lasts 60 minutes. Longer sessions may be available upon request.
What footwear is allowed on the 3G pitch?
Only moulded, metal rounded studs or astro boots are allowed. No blades or flat-soled shoes, please.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer free parking at The New Croft. On arrival, you will need to register your number plate on the tablet located at our main reception or scan our QR code located around the facility.
