Councillor Joe Mason provides locality funding to support new 3G pitch construction
County Councillor Joe Mason pledges his support by allocating £2,000 from his locality budget towards the construction of the new 3G pitch. This generous contribution completes the total amount of a £5,000 grant application to the Town Council providing a significant boost to the local football community. Last Monday, the Town Council granted £3,000 towards the 3G pitch project, and with Councillor Mason's additional support, the financial backing now amounts to the full sum required. Goundshare agreement confirmed with Cambridge City Women
Groundshare agreement confirmed with Cambridge City Women for the beginning of the 2023/24 season.  The Cambridgeshire tier four side will have use of The New Croft’s main stadium grass pitch and 3G stadia pitch for all first team Women’s fixtures. Balfour completes unique women’s coaching programme
Lois Balfour, HCSA Football Development Officer has completed a 3-month long coaching academy with Nike as part of The Powerhouse Project [PHP] to empower the next generation of female leaders in football.  Lois was selected to be one of twelve aspiring coaches to join the programme as part of the PHP second cohort. Breaking ground at The New Croft
Construction of a £1.3 million second floodlit 3G pitch has started at The New Croft to enhance the football facilities for current clubs and those in and around the Haverhill area.
