The New Croft is thrilled to announce the appointment of Rhys Shulver as the new Football Development Officer.
Rhys emerged as the standout candidate following a rigorous interview process, highlighting the exceptional quality of applicants drawn to our organisation due to our recent growth and success. This appointment underscores our commitment to enhancing our football development initiatives and further strengthening our team.
With a wealth of experience in football development, Rhys Shulver brings a unique blend of qualifications and expertise to his new role. Currently in the final stages of his master’s degree, Rhys also holds a UEFA B coaching licence. Rhys has previously contributed to the football community through his work at Cambridge United, showcasing his passion for fostering growth and progress in the field.
