Haverhill Community Sports Association (The New Croft) are a small company looking for a permanent part time individual to be responsible for our bookkeeping and general financial admin tasks.
The main responsibilities include-
- Purchase ledger- Processing invoices and payment run’s
- Sales ledger- Sales invoicing and credit control
- Entering sales and purchase invoices using correct nominal codes
- Bank Reconciliations/Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Producing monthly analysis reports (debtors & creditors, analysis of turnover)
- Producing profit and loss reports
We are looking for a candidate with-
- Previous experience in bookkeeping
- AAT qualified would be preferred
- Accounts preparation experience
- Experience with Accounting software systems such as Sage, Xero and Quickbooks would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently
